The Dell/NetRegistry Free website Offer is valid from starts Friday 30th November, 2007 until ends Friday, 30th May, 2008.
Eligibility
Customers that have received a promotional offer from Dell are eligible for this offer.
Existing NetRegistry customers are not eligible for this offer.
This offer is not available to NetRegistry Resellers.
Terms
All aspects of the website provision, service, operation and support are provided and managed exclusively by NetRegistry.
Only one free offer is available per individual or company.
Upon reaching the end of your 12 month promotional period of free hosting, you will be invited to convert your promotional service to a paid service at the applicable price. You will be under no obligation to continue your promotional website service.
If you decide not to renew your promotional website service at the end of the 12 month period, your website and any files associated with the service will be deleted.
This offer does not include technical support for the SiteBuilder application. The SiteBuilder program includes support tutorials.
NetRegistry may occasionally contact you with further information relating to our services. You may opt out of any non-critical electronic communications at any time.
NetRegistry reserves the right to determine eligibility of this offer at its sole discretion.
